HERC is Hams for Emergency Radio Communications
A statewide, linked repeater system.
A statewide net is held on the HERC system every Sunday at 1900
UARC is the University of Wyoming
Amateur Radio Club.
UARC holds a net on the UARC repeater (146.610-) every Sunday at 1845
